BOARD OF TRUSTEES
ISTP is a nonprofit organization administered by a Board of Trustees. The PTA President and the Head of School are ex-officio voting members of the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees determines the educational policies of the school and oversees its financial structure. Educational practices and operational policies are established by the Head of School.
