Over the past thirty years, one thing has proved certain: the strength of our school community! A special part of our community is you, our Peninsula French American School / International School of the Peninsula alumni parents. Great friendships has been forged over the years, and we want to be able to give you the opportunity to strengthen those friendships, rekindle old ones, and make new ones!

October 25 - Join us for brunch at 11:00 a.m. at Alice's Restaurant, 17288 Skyline Blvd, Woodside, followed by an afternoon of Chestnut Picking at Skyline Chestnut Orchard, 22322 Skyline Boulevard, La Honda. Please wear hiking boots or sturdy shoes, bring gloves, and be ready for some exercise! Cost: $5.50 per pound of chestnuts picked.

December 3, 12:00 - 4:00 p.m.: - Meet at Tate Cohn's house at 215 Lowell Avenue, Palo Alto, and drive together to experience the excitement of Filoli's spectacular nine-day Holiday Traditions event. This year's theme, The Holly and the Ivy, symbolizing the warmth and goodwill of the season, is reflected in the festive decorations of the house and garden. Tour Cost: $30 per person.

We welcome your ideas and feedback, but here are a few of our future get-together ideas:

  • See a play together and have dinner or drinks afterwards
  • Enjoy winery tours
  • Hiking
  • Beach Trips (Santa Cruz, through Highway 9, watching elephant seals, tide pools, etc.)
  • Observing local flora and fauna (Monarch butterflies, spring flowers, etc.)
  • Speaker or Author talks at Stanford; enjoy the Rodin garden
